World Of Warcraft 2.0.10

Hello,
I have one problem with MaNGOS 2.0.10 server. When i try to upload mangos_bc it says that it's to big so i change all the things i have to change i Php.ini but it isnt change. Could anyone please upload their php.ini or upload any repack of this? Thanks for the help,

use navi cat XD and it works in liek 7 mins. any size i know i use it on tbc

When i try to start Navicat it just close again :S
