why did these progammers made it so hard now. jeez wow emu was simple load. the early stages of magnos and kobold was like that. now my god u have to have way high programming skills to run this shyt. make it ezer. jeez

Well my mangos package is easy to use stay tunned uploading latest release as we speak .

i spent 6 hrs trying dif servers and this one only took me 30 secs to setup i feel dum lol. also whats with the tbc server when i log into a char my comp instant crash when i enter the world also nice job on this keep it up. also if u can can u guys make a diskw into a full sql cuz i have custom stuff i wanna add using navi cat

Uhm.. There are no fake emulators period, they either work or they don't.

Please refrain from using such words in the future please.

And as for setting them up, you do not have to be a programmer, you simply read any of the hundreds of mangos install guides on these forums, and they are very well done.

All emulators now use sql system, and while the old wowemu was nice and easy and used scp system "Im an old fan of wowemu" these new emulators support alot more stuff.

If you can't setup sql manualy via sqlyog/navicat then simply download a repack, one which comes with a simple front end loader.

Trash's repack/Amber/mangos plat all use the front loader.
It's as simple as "click on start/click on load realm/click on load emu"
All you have todo is set your realmd.conf and mangosd.conf to match your ip.

...do you even know what you are talking about? Seems like you don't even know what diskw is. It contains mysqld-nt.exe, which is the main MySQL executable. So, it works with Navicat, SQLyog, etc. (of course...) All it does is save you the hassle of installing Apache and MySQL, so, please find out some info about what you are talking about before you say something. You'll just make yourself look silly otherwise (you sorta already did...). Anyways, I agree with the forum needing to be cleaned up. It's swamped with crap. I also agree with ryu though about the emu's. Anyways, gotta go, got work to do.
