hey,(This is my First TuT And Releasing This please be nice)
wel you all dont now much about me wel i was much more on
Gunz section but i wanted you all to have this if samone likes it
this is the Wrath of the Lich King Beta Server + TuT hope you like
it Credits dont go to me but to GodOfWar I just release it.
Files That you wil need:
(CLient:Its a Blizzard Downloader sow you wil not have to leave you computer all day on just set it off and put it on the next day.)
1. The Client is about 2,04GB

2.Server files[Repack]

Wel here Comes The TuT:
Step one :

1.Download the repack and extract it in a New Folder (you can rename it if you desire)
2.After in the repack's folder there is a folder named "DBC & Map Extractor" double click on it and copy / paste the ad.exe in the Wrath of the Lich King Beta folder.
3.Double click on ad.exe and a box will show up , it will automatically create a folder named "DBC" and "Maps".
4.After the box disappears (means that it's done) , cut / paste the "DBC" & "Maps" folder in the repack folder.

Step Two :

1.Install MySQL and after double click on it and let it open.
2.In my case open Navicat and create new Connection (local host) and after new Databases named like this :
"Characters" , "Realmd" , "mangos" and "scriptdev2".
3.After you can find these in the Database folder @ Repack for "Execute Batch File".
4.Execute each database with the matching one , "Realmd" with Realmd.sql , "mangos" with mangos.sql "Characters" with Characters.sql and "scriptdev2" with scriptdev2.sql

Step Four :

1.Open mangosd.conf file (with Notepad / Wordpad) and edit (in my case) "ascent" written with red , with your MySQL password.

CharacterDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;characters"
2.Do the same thing with the Realmd.conf

Code:
LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;realmd"
3.Set your realmlist

set realmlist 127.0.0.1

(Wrath of the Lich King beta realmlist.wtf).
4.Delete your cache.
5.Open MySQL , Realmd and after mangosd.
6.Write in the mangosd console "setbc administrator 1" that means it will enable TBC on the administrator account.
7.Login with Username / Password : administrator / administrator
8.Enjoy!

first of all sorry guys i forgot to tell you if you installed the client
you shut download this patch this is the only patch what works with the server
search for google for 'WoW-3.0.1.8622-to-3.0.1.8634-Your client u have(enUS,enGB,deDE,)-patch.exe
the dbc files are in the folder just copy the ad.exe yo your lich king beta folder
and let him do his job. then copy both folders (maps,DBC, To the server folder)

....The patch what you downloaded i meen the 3.0.1.8622 to 3.0.1.8634 shouldent take long
just minuts like 10

whats wrong when it completes 42 percent it does nothing i mean ad.exe so whats wrong ?

did you place ad.exe in your lich king beta client folder?

you dont have to make the folders maps and the other one
ad.exe dos everything

Just to let you know only put normal "/"'s not back "\"'s in the dir names.

C:\wotlk\data = bad
C:/wotlk/data = good.

Cannot connect to server repack files (and filebeam.com) can you maybe re-upload the file to another host like Q-save, rapidshare, megaupload. And btw thnx for the repack, looks cool.

I downloaded the Wotlk beta client from wowwiki patch mirrors enUS for PC. And like my TBC client they are both universal. As I was able to install It on my Mac and PC. I downloaded this:

I noticed that the enemy creature npcs, well the ones I found was neutral (that was suppose to be hostile" and they had very high health regenerating. Is there a way to fix this?

EDIT: Nvm, I figured what was going on. Don't forget to turn off GM. >.<

I also just ran into another problem but it's not with the server it's the MySQL. I had the sql working just fine before I added the new databases for the WotLK server. So then I added the databases and got the WotLK server working great. So then I shutdown my computer for the night and when I tried to start MySQL, I got an error says the MySQL couldn't start.

Any ideas on what's going on? And what version of MySQL are you using? I'm currently using 5.0
