[XML] What's wrong with this code

Im hosting a iPod Reposetory... i get a package download failed..

I don't why it happens... but i keep getting package download failed....

Do you have a doctype?

Also i see your not carrying the correct sequence as listed at (Creating a Source Repository for use with Installer.app - IPod touch Fans Wiki)
