Lol, Its 3AM and I have not gone to sleep yet... Anyways~

Today is my 16th Birthday. Yet, It has some pros/cons today.

Pros:
Obama is In Office Starting Today! (Yay!)

Cons:
Have to go to Court because I was absent a lot last yet in school. They decided to keep draging me along because my grades wheren't good enough last time I went to court (The second time is what I mean by "Last Time". This time its the third and hopefuly the last.) and I hate them for it because the real reason I went to court in the first place was because I was absent a lot, Not low grades! Eh, I guess its a rant for next time.

under 18 + not going to school = punishable
first it was 16 but the upped it to 18 somewhere in january '07 if i'm correct

Actually my first thought was getting punished wasn't stupid, because in the US it is against the law to not go to school. But then I remembered I did sort of get the same situation ***LILK@OS*** friend, except I actually had/have mental problems. It is stupid you need to go to court for bad grades though ...

In my old school (last year), a girl's mum got a fine and I heard (not to sure about this) she went to jail for it after it happened a bit longer.
