most likely you have enabled all maps and you have too little ram and no virtual memory (ie: no space left on hard disk) OR
your memory cards are broken OR
something alike
also it would be interesint to know in which order you run all the services

Get another ZoneServer folder. Your map files are missing or edited to overload.

And did you just start the files by anychance without setting hte DB's up? This happens then too.
