zoneserver failure

even after installing borland database engine zoneserver still doesn't work and gives me this error

now i got it!
did u really read the manual included in the server archive ?
and don't lie, cause I see u didn't
read it one more time, and if the error hapenned again, post one more time

hint: see path to server files :|

thats your path: C:\a3servereng\a3server\
unpack the files to d:\a3server
