Problem With The Server Pls Help

When I started The emulator it says all is ok i have a connection to mysql it started on winsock port 1231 and the server port is 90! So, my problem is when I want log in the hotel is off? AND ALL SERVER THAT I STARTED ON THIS PORT WORKS! MY COMPUTER FORWARD ALLE PORTS! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? PLS HELP

And at least say you based it upon Debbo v4 rather than "You Started it From Scratch"
