There is no monster in the map.

Nothing out of the ordinary in these logs. Maybe you use .sma files from a server that had mobs disabled on all maps?
Try spawning a monster via a /summon to find out if there is a problem with the NPC server or its config or not.

Hello, GM can summon a monster, but he does not generate its own monster.

Then your configuration is the problem. Try different .sma files or ultimately make them yourself with released tools.
Which server files are you using?

As Rivals Evolution leaked the DA source and DA does not have any monsters on their maps except a few I guess that's the problem.
Try .sma files from another release around here.

just enable the the map cfg and you wil have monster in map :D

so all are false so just make true
