Weird butt MRS.exe :(

mrs.exe threw an exception when my application was tryin to copy files to bgm folder and then compile bgm.mrs. But when my application just build the bgm.mrs w/o modifying bgm folder it works. Any ideas wat was tat exception? or any other ways to compile mrs files?
