Which login agent are you using? If you have access to the source of the login agent, try the running the code in the server in debug mode so that when it crashes you will know exactly what went wrong. Alternatively you can integrate You must be registered for see element.

I have seen that newer version of IDA Pro actually doesn't load PDB well if there are mismatches. IDA Pro 7.x you should try if you have it handy. It might give better results. If not I have no more suggestions left.
