Try open your NeuzUnique or Neuz_Original with resource hacker. And click on string table and then 1 and look at the ip line. Also known as line number one. Change that to your Hamachi ip and click compile and goto file and click save. And close and try again now ;)

Had this problem myself. Goto your accountserver.ini in your program folder and change two ip lines to your Local ipv4.. Not the 192.***.*.** Then it should work. If you are using v17 files then it's going to be harder. Also make sure your portforwarding is right.
