What source/client exactly are you using? The quest release was from 2009 which more and likely means it's not compaitable with 1.5. In the 1.5 releases quests work absoloutely fine

The Mlog doesn't really give a clear indication of what is actually wrong, you will probably be able to get more information from the .dmp file which was generated instead. Plus give more information, such as what source are you using, what tutorial did you follow to add the commands (if any).

Yeah I found that incredibly annoying when I used to look for fixes.
