I would recommend You must be registered for see element. they have reasonable prices and I have been renting a dedi from them for over 6 months now, and its had 100% uptime, except for one billing mistake which caused a short downtime, other then that their datacenter is top notch.

A server will fail to properly start up if it is provided with either a corrupt gshop, or one containing something that does not exist in the servers elements.data.

With all instances open it takes about 5 gigs of ram, if you use a large swap partition you shouldn't have any problem there, but as for how many players it will support, that depends on internet speed as much as processor, if you are on a residential connection, about 20-30 people without too...
