Dude, they are right. It's not too hard to delete a db. It's pretty simple. If you need a small tut: Right-Click > Delete database >Delete ODBC >Make the DB again >Make the ODBC Back Simple though.

Use the 2007 Client,add your updates. Make sure you have 127.0.0.1 filled in everywhere, including system.xml. And then make sure you have your ODBC, and ServerStatus.dbo, and LocatorStatus.dbo.
