You can do it vía UniqueMachineID if you wants to restrict clons, if not, you can initialize a Map in order to save IPs and compare it.

I think that there aren't development for it because it's very difficult, they have got a lot of encryption, so if you make the section it would be fun to decrypt it, make a private server, scripts etc..., apart from in the game can hit, throw coconuts etc ... so it isn't childish
