I meant that i basically had to edit most of the UI nifs, so you'll need to use the whole resmenu/game/ in your client

Some of the UI elements have fixed position, so it will position itself, no matter of the mesh position. Solution - edit the mesh. Just to show it's possible: You must be registered for see element.

UI editing is basic 3D modeling. Sometimes it's pain in the butt, but it's usually easy. Not gonna spoon feed you, but just check resmenu > charcreate > CreatCharTurnButton.nif

Had this problem too. Fixed it when deleted graphics settings file from ressystem. Also, you might download resolution changer and change the resolution of the game to the default one.
