If you are qualified enough to run your very "own" server, then use PHP and your knowledge on running a server to create a panel yourself. Anyway, if you are looking for a ready-to-use control panel, it is indeed in this forum. Better use search yourself.

Ragezone day by day has become a "lazy" zone. They leaked files and people came to grab it, just like the old days. But one important thing that, in the past, they got the files, developed it, learnt it. In contrary, people nowadays after grabbing the files, they DO NOT DO ANYTHING to develop...

As the matter of fact, 1.3.6 is surely, absolutely and perfectly a real good version to develop and/or play. What people do nowaday is making the game way unbalance than it is in 1.3.6. And I'd rather join an 1.3.6 dev team if it existed than sit and dev and play these sh**. P.S. I really miss...
