There is no need of it. After the KR server closed the developement stayed partly at Maietbut was led by WeMade Online. Ergo, the JP client has all the content the KR client has but with more stuff.

Speaking of the channel panel, you mean the one ingame don't you. If it's missing then there's some stuff messed up with the gameserver and/or the DB. The Lua scripts should be more than fine if it's the NA client.
