That would be your issue of editing the IP in the localhost. make sure you did that correctly and also that it is the same IP as in the source.

If maybe even doesn't have time, a suggestion I would make is to make it open source :) Allow others too see and update and help the development. of course if you want to keep it to yourself that's fine as well.
