This is not good way to create optimized queries. As web-developer , i recommend you to rewrite all on PDO MSSQL more features and more secure than PHP Driver. Anyway many Hostings doesn't support PHP MSSQL Driver, note it !

Yes , i am from EST Where there are problemm? Just use all setting from CMD (Gateway , Mask and DNS if you wanna use in LAN)

If you wanna LAN , use your GateWay Index like your IP is 192.168.1.xxx use then 192.168.1.xxx as IP in your Centos and use all information from CMD to Centos (Gateway , Mask and Private SErver (DNS) )
