haven't take a look at all logs but what I see is that you have an connection error. Have you disabled the firewall at windows and centos? and what is displayed in putty if you start the services

that happens if the server can not connect to the database have you opend the ports correctly or disabled the firewalls? have you insert the username and password correctly?

100% uptime will you have with no hoster If the server is just for a few players why not host it at home?
