You can use xml2txl converter. It will convert xml only, not xls. Open the converter, look at the button "Message". Click then choose file htsmessage.xml. Done. Make sure your ip client and ip server, it's not different.

Its Tantraparam error on item tab, you have to change it with ms excel in xml. I dont know how to fix that item. Maybe you should not use that item.
