No worries. The European Parliament has to sign the agreement as well before it is effective - something tells me they will, but I also hope they are wise and they won't. And oh, the Dutch screwed up. We didn't sign ACTA. Not yet. The problem here is that no one is really trying to stop ACTA...- sisija
