Ever played travian before? Every player knows, that a rallypoint > lvl 10 is required to set a target. Otherwise it's only possible to shoot random. If you build up your rallypoint to lvl 20 it's possible to shoot 2 targets. Maybe try answers.travian.com for more information :D

did you install game correctly? Do u use free host? is the adress correct ? is the file uploaded? ...

clear cookies and cache of your browser after changing. use same image formats on new pictures (.png has to stay .png, .jpeg has to stay .jpeg) Sometimes pictures are in more than one folder, so you have to search for them.
