Help CHMOD windows VPS

Hello, i have Windows Server 2008 R2 enterprise.

I have trying so hard to change the permissions so i can whrite and that in it, but when i close the permissions folder, and goes back to it, it makes it read only again.

Any help please?

just change file/folder property to not read only

But the problem is it change back after i have.

Then you have to click save before close
