Code the SQL stored procedures you need and then use php to call them. Inventory and warehouse should be stored as hex in the database. Shouldn't be too complicated if you know what you're doing. Using someone else's work it's harder than coding your own unless you study and see how it was written

The server says no reset but in pictures there's achievements for reaching 10-20-30 resets, which is it ?

Buy a bare metal game server from OvH if you want proper hosting for your server. If you can't afford it you should probably not look into owning a server.
