how i can get back this same items?

Get into your logs file, look for a long code which start at /@get
Then copy the line and paste ingame, and you'll get back the wepon.

No, in a folder called "Logs" there can you find it. Just look for a text line who starts at
/@get
... copy it and paste it in the shoutbox ingame. Then will your broken wep be restored, very simply.
