Not possible without custom software hooking the zone server.. aka a guard. Either write it yourself or purchase it.

just make npc where the new players spawn and put all stuff there an write newbie NPC and put all for 1 dalant done this before on some servers no any conplain

Big difference between auto looting items to a bag instead of looting from the ground vs an npc that sells starting items for 1 race currency
