Ok there is the problem......

I got the MSI P965 Neo Motherboard.....

My ram timings should be 5-5-5-12 or 15 i dont know
but my mother board makes them 5-5-5-18 :O

will this setting make my ram much slower? cause if i change them to 15 they become 20 " that so wierd

It probably wont make much of a difference, i would reveiw you RAM timight though )

Your using 4x1GB

You have to up the voltage to them, to be able to set the timings lower.
