Is there a way to open yellow enchantment boxes? The level 70 ones on my server do nothing when you click on them.

Also how do you add extra stats to costumes? Do you use the database or C_ and S_ to edit them?

Is there away to add new items to the server?

If anyone can answer these i would appreciate it.
