The website you used is totally in chinese and the download link is broken.
Please use websites like

Akaruz can u please do us favour by uploading this 219 server files to rapidshare or filefront.

I tried searching on google like you said but i am unable to find these files anywhere. Moreover google is refusing to translate those websites thereby making it more difficult to find the files.

you sure that server is actually real ? from what i've read on

You must be registered to see links

( since some people didnt even bother checking for that file name on google or baidu )

they still cant crack the register in the server files ( the authentication program that checks your ip/mac adress , pc name ) , they also dont have a correct client for 219 server

that is unless I forgot my old chinese and cannot understand it anymore ( at least the small parts )

i actually want to know what they need to be cracked , but since i no longer have the necessary tools neither want to install bde and sql again , specially on this win 7 os , i cannot test , but i actually wonder if its the authentication protocol ( wzauth or whatever is called that its needed to run zoneserver ) like we had on 205
