Not able to change the user title.

I don't believe that's true. You should be able to change it regardless if you have a subscription.

The problem may be regarding the 'Secret question & answer' bit that's for security. On the same Edit Profile field, there should be something asking for a Secret Answer, type in something reliable and something that will keep your account secure, also make sure you remember it.

After you've filled that in, try updating your user title again and see if the problem persists, if it does, come back and post here.
