Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Check your odbc and your ini files, also make sure your mssql server allows connections, to check that go to SQL Server Configuration Manager -> SQL Server Network Configuration -> TCP/IP, make sure it's enabled and restart mssql server.
