Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Add a Catalogue to Phoenix 3.11.0

Everytime i add a catalogue to Phoenix 3.11.0 i always get a Catalog Cache error... Can someone please help me and tell me what i am doing wrong?
