Adding comrades to 1.69

As you may know, the latest Vindictus version has a comrade system that allows you to summon characters like the Succubus, Neamhain, Claire, etc like pets and customize them. Has anyone tried implementing this into 1.69, or is it even possible? How would you go about it?
I know this forum isn't all too active anymore, but if anyone has any info on this it'd be greatly appreciated.

you can "sort" of implement them if you do a homebase bodge job adding them too the pet system and moving them from npc_mate too npc_pet in npc_variations and making the changes in the database too match but they dont work as intended and will freak out and just stand there a lot so mostly just for show.
