Alliance bug

I'm creating a guild alliance. I want to test castle siege and I'm using this guide to test:

You must be registered to see links

I'm setting up cs settings and starting my server and after I'm moving to CS server my alliance is bugged.

It happens after I warp to Deep Loren.
I cant register to CS becasue it says I'm not ally master.

Tell Us The Fix So If Anyone Else Runs Into The Problem They Wont Haft To Make A New Thread.

I was configuring commonserver.cfg instead of commonserver_cs.cfg lol
