Being HTC and Apple owner, I am not on either side, but I wouldn't worry about Americans. They will find a way to get HTC's in and out.

HTC is the high end android phone maker, i have my LG Optimus, so Apple can suck me, Android will not be beaten that easy, there isnt just ONE Android, there are many, unlike Apples ONE phone....

Pretty petty what they're doing suing because of how the phone interprets digits (such as phone numbers on websites/emails) where you can hold your finger on the digits and a menu comes up saying like 'save phone number' or whatever.

The devices that may be banned from being sold in the US is basically a who's who list of Android phones: Droid Incredible, Evo 4G, T-Mobile G2, Nexus One and a bunch of older Android devices.
