This is my 4th user bar
I know its not amazing but I would like to expand my PS skills by getting Tips from you guys.

The image looks really bad quality. The pink also looks horrible.

The whole thing is PNG,
The Render was a Trandperant GIF and the background was a PNG,
So I dont know how it would be bad quality.

and I like pink

In my opinion, it looks kinda flat. It doesn't look very lively to me.

Quality is bad.
It doesn't matter w/e it is PNG or JPG, or GIF, or W/E,
what matters, how you do,
what you used, and you are doing.

Don't be stupid.
If PNG / JPG would be the only one handling quality,
everyone would had the same quality.

The file type wont matter the only main difference in them is that Png is visual better for screen and jpeg is visually better for print.

It's reall dull.

Nothing is really standing out, try making the scanlines look better, as well as the render you used.

Also, try not using a background on a user bar, just a simple gradient map and scan lines work well, and adding a border would make it look much better as well.

PS: File type doesn't matter.
