Any alternatives to use instead of PayPal?

Well its common problem that ppl have learnt how to screw your server by donating huge amount of cash and then reclaim it and it leads to ban of paypal account...

So is there any useful alternatives for it?

I'd just go with Paypal and however hard it is, refuse money off any strangers or untrustworthy fellows.

If you do go with Paypal, do what El Jamie said.
But also follow this:

Anything greater then $500+ --> return the money right away no questions asked. (90% of the time they WILL reverse it).

$100~499 --> Keep the money amount inside your paypal for atleast 30~60 days depending on how risky you think they are. (If they reverse it, paypal won't start ticking your "your a risk for not having a balance in your paypal account" counter for reversals.)

And overall keep at least a $50 balance at all times for any other etc shenanigans gets thrown at you. (Yes you loose it if they freeze you, but consider it a deposit to ensure OTHER things won't get you frozen for going into negative to often).
