AOP Client Start Bin Error

I got this Default Client and Server from: (Source:

I also tried adding this bin from: https://forum.ragezone.com/f479/release-rf-patron-launcher-and-1174616/
Also tried using the MFC Launcher, after logging in and pressing enter, Client doesn't start

Server is running, but I still keep getting this error,

You must be registered to see links
