This can be done by editing the A3client.exe

Find this:

Change to:

Change to:

And do a Hex search, I Guess u might be doing text search !

I do not know whether you are using any client.
You will be able to find the following parts: in the debugger when I tried to open the client.
Map is applied when you create a snow-covered so that it does not work JZ 007DE90A command of 007DE7D9 address.
The easiest way may be to change the hex code 90.
