Asking help, how to make Ran Online, and iff what would be the first step.

To all of Ran dev and moderators, may i ask help if what would be the first step i need to do for making own server? I am planning to have ep 7 230max lvl. I heard something about file, bin file and source. May i ask if what are the difference of these 3 ?
And where can i get them ?

first if you are new in this, try episode 3, no need to install vmware, just follow the instructions provided on the thread. it is good for newbie
