How to use
1. Fill in the "SQL Server" box your SQL Instance (for example MysteryPT/SQLEXPRESS)
2. Fill in the "Password" box your SQL password
3. Fill in the "SQL user" box your SQL username
4. Fill in the "input userid" box the player's ID
5. Click on "Ban and DC" to ban the player and disconnect him from the game or click "Unban" to unban the player.
* You can use the "Ban reason" box to remind to your self why you banned the player.
* You can use the "Remove Clan" box to remove the clan of the player after he gets banned
* You can use the "Unban date" to remind to your self when is the unban date of the player
* This tool will generate a log file in C:/ drive with the ban information
