Basic CMS design

So, im in the middle of making a CMS, and i need someone to design it, what i need is a master page, a blank page with nothing on it, like a design, or a template. Im not that good at designing.. :/ It can be really basic, because the CMS is basic. Thanks to anyone who does it .PNG files apreciated
