It looks pretty average compared to the actual model used in SA.
Although, I feel that this won't blend into GunZ well since it's originally designed to rest on the shoulder rather than holding it with two hands, like in GunZ.

I'm blind and verts don't matter. Yes they Ducking do. If it's over 600, you have a problem. If it's over 1000, it can't be in game. If it's under 500, it's perfectly fine. I know my modeling more than you do, don't talk like a big shot.
