Fawk the focal, it's basically the whole tag. Sharpening will ruin it, blurring will make it like the original stock, etc. Topaz is a good effect of it.

It's not bad, WAY too much Topaz.
Over Topazzing things is one way to ruin a good sig.
Light source is messed, there are too many of them.
Some decent-ish blending, but there isn't much going on.
Needs a more defined focal.

Meh, how is it over topazed? It's only a couple of settings above the default. Those aren't like sources, it's green glows o-O Or something. What'd I say about the focal ! Meh, need some good font then.

If you LOOK closely, there is NO smudging in that tag whatsoever.
