Best sql server version for tantra online

Hello there!

I'm confused on this SQL version thing. Am I able to use any version? I've been watching some video tutorials in which people use pretty old SQL versions, such as 2005 or 2008.

I've been looking all places and I haven't found one nor other so I want to know if it's possible to use recently released versions (2014 and so).

I found an “Express” version which has Basic Management Tools (not Complete), then it doesn't have SQL Server Agent at Server Configuration when installing. Is it going to cause further problems not to have these two things?

I don't want to ask you all to give me a link where I can download since you all seem to be jealousy, even this forum is for developing sharing. ????????????‍
