For version Cult missing file ProduceProficiency.slk, Line.exe force close because file missing but can replace with file version LO and run fine and now Line.exe always show varsys1

sharedmemproc.exe properties run as admin than run server again
as for ProduceProficiency.slk replace with LC version

I already restore shengui on folder server but for shenguicard i used woi LO dump sql

managerserver has to run properly like that so line.exe wont send reqsvar i will post ScreenShot off working server in a few min using this setup
