Bonuses doesn't appear on weapons? :>

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Could anyone help me with my little problem? I have stats on the stick but they don't appear on the stick. I check if If the ID's didn't duplicate or anything but no. I have all stats, Attack Power %, and HP rate % on the stick, but doesn't appear(Bonuses doesn't appear on all the weapons in the game) ~.~. Thank you anyone for helping!

Find both instances of:

PutItemGold( pMover, pItemElem, &strEdit, flag );

and make sure that this is right below it:

PutSetItemOpt( pMover, pItemElem, &strEdit );

I checked and everything looks correct
